Was wondering why the revision was undone instead of edited? The current page says dhuum armor has the same runes/insignias as standard which is not correct. Dhuum armor should be written explicitly as its different than doa low armor. For dhuum armor, Health should be less than 550 which is achieved by just throwing on 3x superior -75hp with no vigor (this is the minimum if you have cupcake+apple+grail active, and actually the health will be 555). But is it not better to just say 5x superior -75 and 5x radiant, which is what everyone does anyways? Xxgotownedxx (talk) 00:43, 26 March 2020 (CET)
- Why would you want low health for Dhuum? Low armor rating is perfect for the whole of UW. Even with apple, cupcake, and war supplies, Dhuum will not switch to the turtle if you're on your low set. The Mistyreous Mystery of Misty (talk) 01:56, 26 March 2020 (CET)
- For emo dhuum/low armor: So the common practice for low armor for emo at dhuum glitch is starter (or 15 if you dont have starter), as its stated currently on the wiki. In addition to low AR, it is common practice to have health less than the turtle's health, or less than 550. Im assuming it has to do with getting a stronger glitch, and any current UW player would most likely confirm that the emo's health should be lower than the turtle's(<550). The best way is just to slap on 5x -75 runes and 5x radiant, just incase the emo already has apple/cupcake/morale up. Xxgotownedxx (talk) 03:38, 27 March 2020 (CET)
- You obviously want high health for the rest of UW (so your Infuse actually does something and you don't get killed by skeles), so are you saying you want TWO low armour sets? The Mistyreous Mystery of Misty (talk) 18:56, 27 March 2020 (CET)
- I guess two different low sets since doa low set is different than uw dhuum low set. In uw, generally emo just uses standard 60AR standard armor for everything except dhuum. Only switching to low dhuum armor for dhuum. Of course low armor for rest of run would only help, and they could use it if they wanted, but no1 really bothers with that to my knowledge. Also a low armor set is very cheap, and an emo's inventory is very open, so having a different doa low set and uw dhuum low set isnt a big deal imo. Especially since emos would get called out for having high hp (>550) at dhuum haha. And i suppose people can use the doa low set for uw fuse pulls if they wanted. All i know is that an uw emo's low dhuum set should be 5x -75 and 5x radiant (HP less than 550). This can be, and maybe should be, confirmed with anyone exp that still does uwsc. - Well there is no reason for having max armour throughout the run, and the low set is indeed helpful for fuse pulls. If you glitch Dhuum correctly, low armour with normal health will be perfectly stable, and if you don't do it correctly, low health will only make you vulnerable to Weight of Dhuum and Touch of Dhuum. I don't consider myself an UW expert at all, but I've done emo with starter armour and low health enough times to be confident that low AR is better. - Just to clarify, i do not mean to compare low AR armor vs low health armor. An emo's dhuum armor should 100% be starter (or 15AR). But in addition to Low AR, i was saying that it should also make the emo's hp (<550). So for example 15AR armor with 5x -75 runes. And my opinion is just from what everyone, including exp uwsc players, did. Also you said there is no reason to have max armor throughout the run, i could agree with that since emo is protted anyways. And the only small pro to 60AR is the rare situation to not get energy raped if things break or go south and emo is tanking or something. Anyways, i've always seen uwsc emos switch to their low AR dhuum set when at dhuum and their always had hp <550. Although I suppose you do make a good point, and that only leaves two options. Uwsc emos should change their current habits, or the wiki should be updated. Xxgotownedxx (talk) 00:16, 30 March 2020 (CEST)
