The Seeder, or Me/Mo is a role in IT tactics, 7-man, and 5-man DoA. This is a mesmer spiker that also performs the role of monk, which is missing in these tactics.

Role

The Seeder is responsible for most of the monk's job, as well as providing additional damage. In 7-man, the Seeder is also the MLK/Backfire. In 5-man, the Seeder is the VoR, although the tactics are so different from 8-man that the roles aren't comparable.
