The mesmer Guardian of Komalie is an enemy in the Foundry areas of DoA. Three of them spawn as part of The Fury's group.

  • Hex removal and AoE enchantment removal (Hex Eater Vortex)
  • Single target interrupt and damage (Power Spike)
  • AoE interrupt and damage (Cry of Frustration)
  • Single target enchantment removal and damage (Shatter Enchantment)
  • Self-heal and single target energy drain (Ether Feast)

Behavior

Apart from having several different skills, mesmer Komalies look and behave like Greater Dream Riders, derping around and not attacking while the dryders in their group are still alive.

Counters

Do not rely on hexes - they will very quickly be removed.

Do not stand next to them, or Hex Eater Vortex will remove your enchantments.
