At Forge, the Main Tank (or a Terra, depending on the tactics) pulls Abyssal/Shadow Beast groups onto the Shadow casters, which are spiked by VoS's. Typically, there is also another VoS who solo's Top Forge.
This tactic is called 90's since there are four caster groups in Forge, located 90 degrees away from each other.
