A Skeleton of Dhuum, commonly shortened to "skele", is an enemy in the Underworld. They can be found in all areas except the Hall of Judgment, and most quests spawn more of them.
Abilities
Both attack skills cause direct health loss, ignoring all forms of damage reduction, and cannot miss or be blocked, but can be dodged or obstructed.
Skele auto attacks behave as normal.
Bone Spike
100 damage projectile.
Flurry of Splinters
aoe 35 damage flurry for 3 secs.

Counters
dodge or obstruct

skele's skill rotation: bone spike->flurry->bone spike->(rest for little, repeat from beginning) so if you cast wastrel's worry and wastrel's demise (in that order) right after the 2nd bone spike, ur hexes will proc and do damage
