  • Full radiants
  • +1+3 Domination
  • +3 Fast Casting
  • Superior Vigor
  • 2 Runes of Attunement

The following equipment

  • 40/40 Domination set
  • High energy Domination set (+15-1 on both wand and focus)
  • Any longbow or flatbow

Skills and ranks

These PvE skills

  • Norn rank 5
  • Asura rank 5
  • There is no requirement for Lightbringer rank, but remember to always display it and make sure it shows up in your effects monitor. Always take the bounty if you're not max rank.
