Yes, but you don't necessarily need dash. E.g. you can ball groups in fow in normal mode just by running with essence + cupcake --HasKha (talk) 04:23, 29 September 2016 (CEST)
They ball because you break aggro, right? I mean you could do it without a speed boost if you Recall'd out or whatever - not that that sounds like a useful tactic, but technically it would have the same effect..? The Mistyreous Mystery of Misty (talk) 09:03, 29 September 2016 (CEST)
