As a Ranger/Assassin during UWSC, they are survivable with Whirling Defense, Shroud of Distress, HoS and DC. Shadow Form is only necessary to not get rended by Dying Nightmares. Usually, you can get spells off even with their rupts if you have whirling up. If not you can HoS over an obstacle cast your spell so they have to walk around the obstacle to get to you.

Even with Aatxe present, you can even whirl the Keeper of Souls if you do things correctly and play it smart.

A R/A can even make it to Mountains from Lab most of the time with UWG active.
