This is a quick guide to what you need to do before your first DoA run. Please remember that these are the bare minimums, and further requirements may be enforced.
Equipment
Armor with the following
- Full radiants.
- +1+3 Domination.
- +3 Fast Casting.
- Superior Vigor.
- 2 Runes of Attunement.
- If you're the TK you need one piece of armor with Radiant and Superior Illusion. This piece replaces one if the Attunement pieces.
The following equipment
- 40/40 Domination set.
- High energy Domination set (+15-1 on both want and focus).
- Any longbow or flatbow.
Again, please note that this is a list of only the most basic equipment. Refer to Mesmer Equipment for a more complete list.
It is strongly recommended that you read the pages and watch the videos for the respective mesmer roles (typically MLK and TK for beginners).
