Pizza is a flatbread composed mostly of flour and water, topped with tomato sauce and cheese and baked in the oven. The modern pizza was invented in Naples, Italy. Pizza is a great food for GW Speedclears, it's healthy and cheap to make.

Dough for 2 pizzas

  • Flour 500 gr
  • Water 300 ml
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Yeast 3.5 gr

Topping

  • Tomato Sauce 200/250 gr per pizza
  • Mozzarella 200 gr per pizza
  • And anything you like (not pineapple please though)

Start kneading with a wooder spoon or your hands (4). Keep a bit of flour on the side and add it to the dought if it gets too sticky (5). Keep kneading until you obtain a smooth and soft dough. Split it in two, form two balls and find some place where it can rest for two hours. Remember that it will double its size and it must be clear of any air currents. Cover it with some cloth to be safe and let it rest for about two hours.
