Shadow Mesmer is an enemy in the ToC, Forge, ToS, Burning Forest, and Cave areas of FoW. They can also be found in the Realm of Torment with a somewhat different build, but good luck making a speed clear there.

Behavior

Attempts to maintain Illusion of Haste, in which case it will not break aggro with a speed boost; otherwise, breaks with a 50% speed boost. A 33% speed boost is sufficient for when it is briefly crippled at the end of Illusion of Haste.

Lord Khobay

Lord Khobay is just a Shadow Mesmer but level 24 and a ghost. Unlike normal Shadow Mesmers, Khobay breaks reliably at 33% speed boost.
