Bogroot Growths is a dungeon that is commonly run for a Frog Scepter. Pug groups typically form at Gadd's Encampment in American Districts.

• The 9 Tactics is used to meet the shield requirement; the tank can run 9 Command or Motivation instead of using a Command or Motivation shield respectively. Alternatively, the tank can forgo the additional 8 armor and bring 10 Dagger Mastery and 8 Critical Strikes for more damage.
• The first build should be used for inexperienced tanks, while the second build should be used for more experienced tanks to speed up the run overall.

Usage

• Spam shouts to help your team survive the run on level 2. If the second build is used, both Incoming and Fall Back can be maintained which completely counteracts the Crippling Anguish snare from Fanged Ayahuasca (see Movement Speed).
