Also sometimes referred to as “split”.

Damage that is outside the main ball. It is the TK’s responsibility to chisel their health to at least below 90% so they are damaged by Edge of Extinction when the main ball drops. When the main ball drops, if there is off-damage left over, all Mesmers should help clean it up.
