These are red/pink dryders in cave and beach in FoW.
If you are entering cave from forge side and going to kill beach wolf: Wield a staff and run to the beach wolf. This will keep the aggro of all the Doubter's Dryders and therefore make it easier and faster to kill beach wolf.
