This is a quick guide to what you need to do before your first DoA run. Please remember that these are the bare minimums, and further requirements may be enforced.

Equipment

Armor with the following

• Full radiants
• +1+3 Domination
• +3 Fast Casting
• Superior Vigor
• 2 Runes of Attunement
• One piece of armor with Radiant and Superior Illusion. This piece replaces one if the Attunement pieces. Use this armor piece if you're the TK.

The following equipment

• 40/40 Domination set
• High energy Domination set (+15-1 on both want and focus)
• Any longbow or flatbow

Skills and ranks

These PvE skills

• "You Move Like a Dwarf!"
• "Finish Him!"
• Pain Inverter

These EotN ranks

• Norn rank 5
• Asura rank 5
• There is no requirement for Lightbringer rank, but remember to always display it and make sure it shows up in your effects monitor. Always take the bounty if you're not max rank.

It is strongly recommended that you read the pages and watch the videos for the respective mesmer roles (typically MLK and TK for beginners).
