to me, i imagine anguishes as trying to cast skills and then slowly decide to move towards you to auto attack, and if you shorten the gap then they arent likely to try to recast their skills and stop moving. even when you have SF and they cant actually cast anything, when you dont have SF and they can cast they use all of their skills and then auto attack you, so i imagine its the same concept though it could be wrong
