The current meta for Plains in The Underworld Speed Clear is actually to "semi-glitch" as described in Terraway UW, T3 (UW), and T4 (UW). A more advance way to complete plains is Gakiway which is a slight modification of the current meta.

Some inexperienced teams find it more comforting to full glitch, especially when they are not confident in the abilities of their duos. Full-glitching allows the duos to glitch mindblades and patrol without popping reaper, and therefore with little risk of failing the entire run. After the patrol and popped mindblades are glitched, the reaper can be safely popped by killing the 3 Terrorweb Dryder (yellow)s. Duos are T3 and T4 as they do pits and plains together as a duo.

Full glitching is considerably slower than semi-glitch or Gakiway.

Summary

In the full glitch, the T3 pops the patrol like usual. Then loops around to glitch that same patrol. In this same time, the T4 is simply holding the aggro of the 3 Terrorweb Dryder (yellow), the Wailing Lords, and the single Banished Dream Rider at the reaper spawn.

Only after the patrol is glitched: the T4 will then wait for T3 to be ready, and then the T4 will kill the sole Banished Dream Rider which spawns 3 Mindblade Spectres on pits side. The T3 will then glitch these 3 Mindblade Spectre as you would normally in the "semi-glitch" method. In semi-glitch method you have to glitch these mindblades by taking them around to pits side, but must aggro the 3 mindblades in a certain way, please see T3 as it is an in-depth explanation on semi-glitch. If you do not want to glitch the 3 mindblades with semi-glitch method, you can also take the 3 mindblades around to pools side. This will be further discussed below under "Glitching Mindblade Pop".

Once both the patrol and mindblade group are surely glitched, the T4 will kill the 3 Terrorweb Dryder (yellow) and Wailing Lords which spawns the reaper. Now, the duos can either wait for everyone to be ready to tele to plains (for a safer 4 Horsemen quest). Or if the duos are confident, and the team will most likely not need a tele to any other part of the The Underworld, duos can proceed to take plains quest on their own.

Glitching the Patrol

The patrol is glitched by the T3.

Important Note: At ANY point if the T3 is failing in glitching the patrol or about to die, it is important for the T3 to abort and prioritize surviving. Whirl out if you have already SoH, or run away to get in a position that the T4 can safely resurrect you. Then you just try again.

The patrol is the group of mindblades and dream riders that spawns when you walk near plains reaper spawn. They patrol in a clockwise direction around reaper spawn. They are shown in image below, their patrol shown in a purple path.

In order to glitch the patrol, the patrol MUST be at position (2) in the image above. They must be settled, that is once they are at position (2), they should be wandering randomly at that position. Cast "Shroud", "Shadow Form", and "Dwarven Stability" while drunk, then aggro the patrol while they are settled in position (2). Now don't forget to use "Shadow of Haste (SoH)"! You then bring them near the pools entrance at as shown in the videos, and shown as position (5) in image above. While pulling this patrol, you will have to sidewalk so they do not break prematurely. As your +33% Movement Speed from cons and pcons will break aggro of the mindblades if you forward walk. You will probably need to cast Shadow Form while glitching and will need to use the technique as described in T3, Mindblade Spectre, and the videos at the end of this article. The technique allows you to cast without getting rupted by the Mindblade Spectres. Bring the patrol to the spot shown as position (5) in image above, let the patrol calm down at that position if you can without dying. Then whirl out and make sure to forward walk back to reaper to break any aggro. It is important to know that we just want the Mindblade Spectres that are in the patrol to be glitched. The dream riders will remain at position (2) as long as the patrol's Mindblade Spectres are glitched. I believe only atleast 1 Mindblade Spectres needs to be glitched and the entire patrol will stop at position (2), or maybe all the Mindblade Spectres need to be glitched, not sure on this. As said before, if you are rupted you can always just whirl out or run and die at position (2) so the T4 can rez you. Or survive. Then you just have to wait for patrol to go all the way around and back to position (2) and repeat the process.

While this is happening, the T4 stays at the safespot indicated with a blue dot in the image above and sits there. If the T3 does not succeed in glitching, the T3 will have to reattempt the patrol glitch again. If T3 died, the T4 should try and rez the T3. The patrol will come back around if not glitched, in this case the T4 remains in the safe spot and the patrol will pass, and the T3 attempts the glitch again. I prefer the bottom safe spot.

Glitching the Popped Mindblades

The popped mindblades are glitched by the T3. The T4 just stays alive, rezzes if needed.

Important Note: At ANY point if the T3 is failing in glitching the mindblades or about to die, it is important for the T3 to abort and prioritize surviving. Whirl out if you have already SoH, or run away to get in a position that the T4 can safely resurrect you. Then you just try again.

The 2nd group the the T3 needs to glitch is the 3 popped mindblades. These 3 Mindblade Spectres are popped once the sole Banished Dream Rider at the reaper spawn is killed. These 3 mindblades spawn on pits side. Their spawn and path are shown in purple in the image below. They can be glitched the semi-glitch way as shown in T3 article. If you are not comfortable with that, or tried that and failed/died, you can bring them around pools side and glitch them.

The image above shows the spawn and path of the 3 popped mindblades in purple. Once these 3 popped mindblades reach the 2nd purple dot near reaper, they will just aimlessly wander around that area. Remember to cast "Shroud", "Shadow Form", and "Dwarven Stability" while drunk. The T3 then aggroes the 3 popped mindblades when they are aimlessly wandering around reaper spawn. Sidestep walk along the path shown in yellow so you keep the mindblades aggro, as you will have +33% Movement Speed from cons and pcons. During this glitch, T3 will have to use Shadow Form a number of times. Use the technique as described in T3, Mindblade Spectre, and the videos at the end of this article to cast SF off of mindblades. The technique allows you to cast without getting rupted by the Mindblade Spectres. When T3 reach position (6) use SoH. Keep sidestepping and take the mindblades to position (7). Then T3 breaks SoH with whirling defense and forward runs back to reaper spawn area. This will break and glitch the mindblades at position (7). If T3 forgot to cast SoH, once T3 gets mindblades to position (7), forward run and follow the path after position (7) to break the mindblades and glitch them.

While this is happening, the T4 stays at the safespot indicated with a blue dot in the image above and sits there. If the T3 does not succeed in glitching, the T3 will have to reattempt the glitch again. If T3 died, the T4 should try and rez the T3. The mindblade(s) will come back around if not glitched, in this case the T4 remains in the safe spot. I prefer the bottom safe spot.

After everything is glitched

After everything is glitched. The only monsters near reaper spawn should be 3 terrorweb dryders and 2 wailing lords.
