Rastigan the Eternal, often shortened simply to Rasti, is the first friendly NPC you encounter upon entering the Fissure of Woe and provides the quests Tower of Courage and Lightning Forest.

- Should Rastigan die, the party will wipe and be forced to leave the Fissure of Woe.
