This tactic is one of two ways to complete the quest The Eternal Forgemaster. This tactic is faster than 360 but requires at least two VoS's to be present at Forge.
The Main Tank (or a Terra, depending on the tactics) pulls Abyssal/Shadow Beast groups onto the Shadow casters, which are spiked by VoS's. Typically, another VoS solo's Top Forge.
This tactic is called 90's since there are four caster groups in Forge, located 90 degrees away from each other.
